🔥 5-Zone Graphene Heatingg System

Five Graphene Heating zones across the chest, back, and shoulders
Unlike passive insulation, which mainly retains body heat, this jacket uses five Graphene Heating zones across the chest, back, and shoulders. The system provides adjustable warmth during traffic control, equipment operation, delivery work, and other jobs that involve periods of low movement. The included 15,000mAh battery provides:
| Setting | Temperature | Battery Life | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| Low (White) | 98°F / 37°C | Up to 8.5 hours | Longer shifts or after warm-up |
| Medium (Blue) | 107°F / 42°C | About 5 hours | Moderate cold and sustained heat |
| High (Red) | 120°F / 49°C | About 3.5 hours | Fast warm-up or severe cold |

One-button control with LED indicator
💡 One-button control: Press to power on and cycle through the three settings. The indicator colors are White, Blue, and Red. Heat begins building after activation and reaches a steadier temperature over the next several minutes.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
🔋 How long does the battery last in very cold weather?
The included 15,000mAh battery provides up to 8.5 hours on Low at approximately 98°F, about 5 hours on Medium at approximately 107°F, and about 3.5 hours on High at approximately 120°F. Cold temperatures can reduce lithium-ion performance, so actual runtime varies with weather, activity, fit, battery condition, and setting changes.
💧 Can I wear the jacket in rain and snow?
The shell has a verified 8,000mm waterproof rating and is designed to resist rain, wet snow, and slush when properly closed and maintained. The low-voltage heating system includes protective controls, but no heated garment should be described as risk-free. Keep connectors secured, stop use if damage is visible, and remove the battery before washing.
📏 How should I choose a size?
Use the product size chart and compare chest, sleeve, and garment-length measurements while wearing the layers you normally use at work. The jacket is designed for workwear layering. If you fall between sizes or regularly wear a heavy sweatshirt underneath, the larger size may provide better movement and comfort.
🦺 What does ANSI/ISEA Type R, Class 3 mean?
Type R, Class 3 apparel provides greater high-visibility material coverage for higher-risk traffic and equipment environments. Employers should choose PPE according to the worksite hazard assessment and applicable requirements. This jacket should not be described as automatically satisfying every OSHA, DOT, airport, railroad, or utility requirement in every situation.
💰 How does the quantity pricing work?
The pre-winter base price is $89.99. The effective price is $85.49 each for one or two jackets, $80.99 each for three or four, and $71.99 each for five or more. The quantity discount should be applied automatically in the cart. Confirm the selected sizes, quantity, and final order total before checkout.
🔄 What are the warranty and return terms?
The heating system is covered by a two-year limited warranty, and the battery is covered by a one-year limited warranty, subject to the published terms. Returns may be requested within 30 days under the store's return policy. Review the current warranty and return pages for condition requirements, exclusions, shipping responsibility, and claim instructions.
🧼 How do I wash the heated jacket?
Remove the battery, secure the power connector, close all zippers and fasteners, and follow the sewn-in care label. Use a gentle cold-water cycle and air dry unless the label states otherwise. Do not wash the jacket with the battery attached, and do not reconnect power until the garment and connector are better protected from moisture.

As a consumer, I find this men¡®s heated safety jacket very practical, especially suitable for people who work outdoors or spend long periods outdoors in cold weather. Its five heating zones are located on the chest, back, and shoulders, and it heats up quickly; you can feel noticeably warmer within minutes of wearing it, with particularly noticeable effects in strong winds. The jacket itself is made of thick material, and the 3M reflective strips enhance visibility at night or in low-light conditions, significantly improving safety when working on construction sites, in warehouses, or along roadsides.

This heated jacket checks all the boxes for winter workwear. The heating is powerful and efficient, the waterproof rating is legit (8000mm), and the reflective strips make me highly visible on the job site. Working as a railroad maintenance worker, I need gear I can rely on. This delivers 100%!
Eric K. –
Overall very happy with this heated jacket. The heating system works excellently, battery life is solid, and the waterproof feature is legit. My only complaint is sizing runs a bit large. I’m 5’11” 185lbs and ordered L based on the chart, but it’s roomy. Should’ve gone with M. Still giving 4 stars because the quality and performance are outstanding!
Jose C. –
I’m a railroad maintenance worker and we’re required to wear ANSI Class 3 gear. This heated jacket not only meets those requirements but keeps me warm during long shifts on the highway. The 3M Scotchlite reflective material is highly visible even in blizzard conditions. Battery lasts my entire 8-hour shift on medium heat. Excellent product!
Kevin B. –
Worked in -25¡ãF last week and this jacket kept me warm the entire time. The heating elements are well-positioned across chest, back, and shoulders. Battery charged in about 4 hours and lasted 9 hours on low setting. The windproof outer shell blocks cold drafts perfectly. Can’t recommend this enough for Rochester, NY winters!
Matt R. –
The jacket itself is fantastic – warm, durable, and comfortable. The heating zones are well-placed and battery life is good. My suggestion would be adding heating to the collar area for really cold days. Also, the battery takes 4+ hours to fully charge which is longer than I’d like. Still, these are minor issues and this is the best heated work jacket I’ve tried!
Marcus D. –
When you’re freezing, you can’t focus on work. This jacket solved that problem completely. I stay warm and productive for entire shifts now. The 3 heat settings give me control based on conditions. As a delivery driver, this jacket has become essential winter gear. Highly recommend!

Living and working in Bangor, ME means dealing with serious cold. This jacket is the best investment I made this year. The heating zones target exactly where I need warmth. The battery pack doesn’t add much bulk and the one-button control is super easy to use even with gloves on. Will definitely buy another for my backup!

This jacket is high quality and the heating works really well. On high heat setting, the battery lasts about 3.5 hours which isn’t enough for my 10-hour shifts. Low setting easily lasts all day though, so I just plan accordingly. Working in St. Paul, MN winters, this is still the best heated jacket I’ve found. Would definitely buy again!

Ordered this jacket in November and have worn it almost daily since. The build quality is outstanding – heavy-duty zippers, reinforced seams, quality fabric. I have a few INNOWARM jackets now and the bomber is another great heated jacket, it is lightweight almost like a windbreaker but has a thin liner inside. I can wear the jacket indoors or when operating equipment without the heater and be comfortable and easily turn the heater on when I¡®m outside to stay nice and warm. The gusset arms are a nice feature, so the jacket doesn’t pull up when working or moving around. The battery is kind of big but has a nice balance to it, doesn’t feel bulky or pull down the jacket when wearing it, I forget it is there most of the time.
Overall, a great lightweight heated jacket perfect for cold days but not extreme cold.
Lee E. –
Ordered XL for my 6’1″ 210lb frame and it fits perfectly with room for a hoodie underneath. The adjustable cuffs keep cold air out, multiple pockets hold all my tools and phone, and the heating system is intuitive. The reflective strips are visible from far away. Great jacket for the price!

As a construction foreman in Anchorage, AK, I spend hours outdoors in brutal cold. This heated jacket is a total game changer. Heats up in under 2 minutes and keeps me warm all day. The waterproof shell actually works – tested it in heavy snow and stayed completely dry. No more bulky layers! Highly recommend to anyone working outside in winter.

Switched from a regular Carhartt jacket to this heated one and wow, what a difference! Active heating beats passive insulation any day. The warmth spreads evenly across my upper body.
