Key Features for Cold-Weather Work
"Best investment I have made for winter work. The thigh heating makes a noticeable difference when I am kneeling on cold concrete. I usually start on Medium, then switch to Low once I warm up, which helps the battery cover most of my workday."

"I wore these during a week of subzero utility work. The heat made long outdoor sections more manageable, and the waterproof shell handled snow and slush well when I followed the care and closure instructions."

"The Class E reflective material is bright under vehicle headlights and has held up through ten washes so far. I use the bibs with my compliant hi-vis jacket for night road-maintenance shifts."
✓ Verified PurchaseKey Features & Benefits
5-Zone Adjustable Heating
Heating panels across the chest, back, and thighs provide upper- and lower-body warmth. The included 12V 15,000mAh battery provides up to 8.5 hours on Low, about 5 hours on Medium, and about 3.5 hours on High under the stated use conditions.
ANSI/ISEA Class E Visibility
The bib overalls are designed and labeled as an ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Class E supplemental garment. When paired with an appropriate Class 2 or Class 3 upper-body garment, the combination may form a Class 3 performance ensemble, depending on the complete garments and worksite requirements.
Verified 8,000mm Waterproof Performance
The shell helps resist rain, wet snow, slush, and wind during outdoor work. Reinforced seams and water-resistant closures reduce moisture entry, while correct fit, closure, care, and exposure time still affect real-world performance.
Jobsite-Oriented Durability
Reinforced ripstop knee panels support frequent kneeling, 22-inch leg zippers make it easier to pull the bibs over work boots, and multiple pockets provide practical storage for small tools and daily essentials.
Low-Voltage Safety Controls
The 12V heating system includes short-circuit and over-temperature protection, along with a protected battery pocket. Remove the battery before washing, keep connectors secured, and follow the product instructions in wet conditions.
Adjustable Work Fit
Elastic shoulder straps, waist adjustment, and ankle controls help accommodate work layers and different body shapes. The design allows normal bending, lifting, climbing, driving, and kneeling without relying on an excessively tight fit.
Designed for Changing Winter Conditions
🌡️ Three Heat Levels for Different Conditions
A single control cycles through Low, Medium, and High. Low operates at approximately 98°F and provides up to 8.5 hours. Medium operates at approximately 107°F and provides about 5 hours. High operates at approximately 120°F and provides about 3.5 hours for faster warm-up or more severe cold.
Practical approach: Many workers begin on Medium or High, then move to Low once their body and work layers have warmed. Actual runtime varies with ambient temperature, activity, fit, battery condition, and setting changes.

💧 8,000mm Waterproof Shell
The verified 8,000mm shell is designed to resist rain, wet snow, and slush during cold-weather work. Sealed construction in key areas and water-resistant zippers help limit moisture entry, while the fabric remains suitable for active work and layering.
Real-world note: Waterproof performance depends on proper closure, garment condition, exposure time, and care. Inspect high-wear areas and follow the wash instructions to maintain performance.

🦺 Class E Supplemental High Visibility
The ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Class E design adds high-visibility background and reflective material to the lower body. It is intended to be worn with an appropriate compliant upper-body garment when the job requires a complete high-visibility ensemble.
Care and durability: The reflective material has been evaluated through more than 50 wash cycles under the stated care procedure. Inspect the garment regularly and replace it if visibility materials become damaged or heavily worn.

5 Heating Zones Across the Torso and Thighs
The heating layout is designed to spread warmth across large upper- and lower-body areas without claiming medical or circulation benefits:
Upper-Torso Warmth
Balanced Chest Coverage
Broad Back Warmth
Lower-Body Comfort
Balanced Leg Warmth
12V Battery Runtime and Heat Settings
The included 12V 15,000mAh battery powers all five heating zones. Use the table below as a planning guide; real-world runtime varies with temperature, activity, fit, battery age, and how often settings are changed.
| Heat Setting | Temperature | Battery Life | Ideal Conditions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Low Heat (Green) | 98°F / 37°C | Up to 8.5 hours | Longer shifts, lighter cold, or after warm-up |
| Medium Heat (Blue) | 107°F / 42°C | About 5 hours | Moderate cold and stronger sustained heat |
| High Heat (Red) | 120°F / 49°C | About 3.5 hours | Fast warm-up or more severe cold |

⚡ Heat begins building shortly after activation; allow several minutes to reach a steady temperature.

These bibs are awesome. Sizing is accurate, and generous at that. Plenty of room to put layers on if you really need them. However, with the heat function, I guarantee you won¡®t. You’ll be clearing snow or out working with just shorts and a tshirt on underneath these. Heat option is wonderful and easy to use in full gear. Material is great and a solid quality. High vis is great. Really love the fit and how easy they are to clean.

These heated overalls are a game-changer for working outdoors in cold weather. The heating feature keeps me warm without feeling bulky, and the high-vis material makes me feel safe on job sites. The fit is comfortable, easy to move in, and durable enough for tough conditions.
I¡¯ve worn them for hours, and they stay warm and functional throughout the day. Highly recommend for anyone who works outside in winter!
Cat T –
Oh my! These were absolutely not what I expected! These things are thick and EXTREMELY well made. I don¡®t even think a person would need the added heat because they are so cozy! It’s not cold here yet(and we get to the negative 20s in winter) so we haven’t had the chance to get the full use. But the hubby tested them on all settings and they worked perfectly. The green will get you noticed, for sure! They are basically a one size fits all but theres plenty of room in them if you happen to have a rootbeer belly lol. They come in a nice, reusable soft suitcase, tho getting them folded right to fit back in was a pain lol. If you want to stay warm even without the added heat, these are it!
JLTrendTrack –
The high-visibility design ensures the wearer is easily seen in low-light conditions and it effectively merges essential safety requirements with advanced heating technology, providing unparalleled comfort, visibility, and protection that has multiple heat settings, allowing users to adjust the warmth according to ambient temperature and personal preference. Battery life is a consideration, and users often find that having spare batteries on hand is beneficial for extended shifts. This investment can significantly improve the working conditions and safety of outdoors.
My2Cents –
These bibs are well made and heavy duty. They get warm QUICKLY. These are great for working outside in the cold. I am 5¡®8¡° 140Lbs and size medium fits great – not too small and not too big. These are really nice if you have to work out in the damp and cold weather – they are easy on and easy off especially with the boot zippers on the legs. The cargo and back pockets are great too – no having to reach inside to pants to get things. Niiiice. The reinforced knees will help from wearing these through too soon – it is also easy to move around in these – they don’t seem to bind anywhere, and with the thick shoulder straps, they stay in place all day.
LivingTheDream –
The integrated heating system warms up quickly and provides even heat coverage, keeping you comfortable in freezing temperatures. The included battery pack is easy to charge and swap, with multiple heat settings to suit different conditions.Built from durable, weather-resistant material, these overalls are designed to handle tough jobs and harsh weather. Overall, they¡¯re reliable, practical, and well worth the investment for anyone who spends long hours outdoors.
Matt K. –
When you’re freezing, you can’t focus on work. These bibs solved that problem. I stay warm and productive for entire shifts now. The 3 heat settings give me control – low for moderate cold, high for those brutal -20°F days. The Class E certification means I’m OSHA compliant too. Win-win!
Miguel S. –
These heated bib overalls are definitely high quality. The heating system is effective, the ANSI Class E reflective strips are bright, and the construction is solid. My only suggestions would be adding a chest pocket and making the leg zippers a bit longer for easier boot access. Still, these are the best heated bibs I’ve found and I use them daily in Fairbanks, AK!
Jamal A. –
I’ve tried 3 different brands of heated clothing and these are by far the best. The heating zones are perfectly placed, the battery doesn’t add much weight, and the waterproof shell actually works. Spent 12 hours working outside in freezing rain last week – stayed warm and dry the entire time. Incredible product!
Kris McKenzie –
Absolutely nice product the only problem really is the zipper doesn¡®t go all the way down to the crotch so it’s a bit wonky getting into. Otherwise it’s exactly as the description and everything says. Also it’s a pretty thick material so you might not even need the power pack
Bydsniper –

Jeni & Mark –
This heated safety bib overall fits perfectly and is very comfortable. The high-visibility material is excellent for safety, and the fabric is thick, warm, and clearly made with quality in mind. Great for staying warm while working outdoors or in cold conditions!
Cynthia E Porter –
These Bib Overalls are premium quality! The fabric these are made of is nice and smooth. The hi vis coloring will help protect my loved one out on the roads this winter. If you do not have personal experience with someone you love working on the road you really have no idea how dangerous it can be. My husband risks his life everyday as a mobile diesel mechanic. So many times he has told me stories of having to jump over guard rails to keep from getting hit by passing cars. The reflective tape on these is sewn on securely and seems to be really good quality. The zipper is heavy duty and glides smoothly. The pockets are nice and deep. The battery pack is not too heavy but puts out a lot of power. The heated areas heat up quickly and has different levels. The heated areas are placed perfectly to keep you warm and toasty, but I believe the overalls without the battery pack will definitely keep you warm. I got these overalls in 2x and my husband wears a size 40 waist US mens size and a 2x US mens size shirt. My husband is 6¡®1¡° and weights 230lbs and these overalls fit him perfect. If you work in the cold these overalls are a necessary investment.
OntheMountain –
These heated safety work bibs are seriously warm! Even before you turn on the heating system, they will keep you toasty, as they have thick insulation and a reflective lining. Once you turn on the battery, it really ramps up the warmth. The safety features are great, with a hi-vis color and reflective stripes. The outer material is thick and tough, so it should hold up well if you have tough jobs to do. The bibs definitely run big to allow for bulky coveralls, etc. underneath. There are a lot of oversized pockets, which are great. Another cool feature is the ability to connect your phone to the NFC tag. While I wasn¡®t able to find information on the specifics for these bibs, this typically means you can register the bibs, jacket, etc. as yours to make it easier to locate if you misplace them. I also appreciate the included storage bag that makes it easy to throw these in your trunk in case you need them or to store away for warmer months. Overall, these are fantastic bibs and I can recommend them!

These heated bib overalls are definitely high quality. The heating system is effective, the ANSI Class E reflective strips are bright, and the construction is solid. My only suggestions would be adding a chest pocket and making the leg zippers a bit longer for easier boot access. winter is coming, so were gonna get to see how warm they are my others are worn out , and i work outside alot
Juan K. –
These check all the boxes for winter workwear. The heating system keeps me warm without overheating, the reflective strips make me highly visible on the job site, and the adjustable fit is comfortable even over thick layers. Working in Bismarck, ND winters requires serious gear, and these deliver. Five stars!
Jose T. –
I’m a landscaper and these heated bib overalls are now part of my essential winter gear. The heating zones target exactly where I need warmth. The battery pack fits securely in the pocket and doesn’t bounce around. Reflective strips withstood 20+ washes so far. Quality product that’s worth every dollar!

Working in Syracuse, NY requires the best cold weather gear. These heated bibs deliver. The heating elements are strategically placed, the battery life is solid, and the waterproof shell keeps moisture out. I can work comfortably in conditions that would’ve sent me inside before. Excellent investment!
Miguel W. –
The bibs themselves are fantastic – warm, durable, and comfortable. The battery charges most of the way in 3 hours, but the last 20% takes another hour for some reason. Not a deal breaker, just odd. The heating performance is excellent and the waterproofing works great. Happy with this purchase overall!
Luis A. –
Working as a small business owner in Grand Forks, ND winters is brutal. These heated bibs are a lifesaver. The 5 heating zones cover all the right spots – lower back, thighs, chest. Adjustable straps fit perfectly over my work jacket. Battery charges in about 4 hours. Best purchase I made this year!
Nubuck Micro Homestead –
? Pros: ? Quality & Comfort: These heated safety overalls are super comfortable and spacious. Unlike other heated products I¡®ve tested that run two sizes small, these are true to size. My 2XL fits perfectly loose, ensuring maximum usability. It’s actually a little big and I checked to see if it was a 3xl. I think they are meant to be worn over full winter clothes and a coat. I expected to weak them over just a base layer.
? Design: The extra room allows you to easily wear a baselayer and clothing beneath without feeling restricted. The lining is heat reflective, boosting warmth. Plus, the black material at the ankles is a smart aesthetic feature that prevents them from looking filthy after just a couple of uses.
? Value: If you work outdoors in winter, the $399 estimated value is worth the professional-grade quality.
? Cons:
? High initial price point, but necessary for the features provided.

Working as a delivery driver means climbing poles and working with my hands in freezing temperatures. These bibs keep my core warm so my fingers don’t freeze up. The stretchy shoulder straps allow full range of motion. Pockets are deep and secure – never lost a tool. Super happy with this purchase!
Jamal L. –
Overall very impressed with these heated bib overalls. The heating system works great, battery life is solid, and the waterproof feature is excellent. Only complaint is they run slightly large – I’m 6’2″ 200lbs and the XL is a bit roomy. Should’ve sized down to L. Still giving 4 stars because the quality is outstanding!

Wow, this is a very well presented product and it should be considering the premium price. They are made of thick yet flexible insulated fabric allowing for comfort while wearing. There are plenty of pockets for tools or phone and many zippers allow for getting in and out easily. The high visibility fabric is rated at 8000mm for water proofing. The placement of the heated panels is in important areas for keeping the whole body warm and the controls are easy to use with 3 heat settings. The velcro tabs at the waist give some flexibility for fit or to help keep the heat in.Very nice bibs.
Ryan r. –
These bibs are absolutely the warmest pair of bibs I have ever put on. Even without the heater running, these are absolutely the best. The battery pack goes into the rear left hand pocket, I didn¡®t notice it too much while sitting, but some may. The battery capacity is large and last a long time. The bibs are very heavy to be honest, bu thtis would be expected for quality work. I wear a medium and these fit perfect. I didn’t even need to adjust the shoulder straps. There is a waist strap as well. I’m looking forward to having these this winter while working outdoors. I like the safety yellow too, it lets people know that I am a worker and if they see me lying down, I’m bright yellow and something may be wrong. They come in a very nice storage back with double zippers. These are going to be worth every penny when I am working around water and getting sprayed on days that the temperature is at or below freezing my butt off. You just almost can’t put a value on staying warm when its freezing cold out. There are tons of pockets for things. The legs feel reinforced, but I may be wrong. If you are on the fence, don’t be. Get them. Stay warm. Thank me later.

High quality Hi Vis safety bib overall. The shell fabric is smooth and feels durable. There is lightweight filling and the lining material is amazing. It is fully lined, no uncomfortable seams. There are lots of functional pockets and the zipper all work smoothly. The battery does weight a little but it is worth it to have it for the heated feature. I like how the heated area is at the upper body and also the thigh area. Great value for those who work outdoors. It is also well designed so 70%+ is the hi vis yellow and the remaining part of the lower leg is black with 2 wide reflective tape. The side zipper and velcro tab made it much easier to get in and out, as well as zipping it over the boots. This is for my son who is 6¡® and fits him well.
Rachel M. –
Bought these for my team and everyone is thrilled. The quality is consistent across all 8 pairs we ordered. The bulk discount was great too. The heating system works flawlessly, and the ANSI Class E reflective strips meet our safety requirements. Will be ordering more for new hires!
Tyrone L. –
Working as a DOT employee means climbing poles and working with my hands in freezing temperatures. These bibs keep my core warm so my fingers don’t freeze up. The stretchy shoulder straps allow full range of motion. Pockets are deep and secure – never lost a tool. Super happy with this purchase!
Jennifer M. –
Ordered these for my crew of 6. Everyone loves them! The fit is true to size, plenty of pockets for tools, and the battery life is impressive. We’re working on a highway project in Chicago, IL and the ANSI Class E certification is mandatory. These meet all safety requirements while keeping us warm. Will definitely order more.
Jim –
When I got these they were overpriced. Today they are listed at almost half of the price making them worth the new price, not the old price. I also go these when it was 70 degrees outside. I tried them on in shorts and a T-shirt to verify the size and that they worked. Without turning on the heating elements, I was sweating with my legs sticking to the inside of the bibs within minutes. Turning on the heaters, I felt them within seconds.Yay – They are beyond warm – if you need to stand around in the cold these will keep you warm and then some. The sizing is spot on for me at least with other winter wear over layers (snow pants). The reflective sections are nice if you are not wearing a jacket to cover them up. There is a nice velcro and elastic ¡°belt” that you can cinch down to keep your body warmer. The lower leg sections unzip for boots, but you still gota cram your boots down the legs or you use the zippers to put on and lace up. The battery pack is included and it feels like it could take a beating. There are three power levels with the usual indicator light behavior on your chest.
Boo – They are poofy – so you will turn into a neon colored stay-puff marshmallow man, but that¡®s how insulation works. Also, you sit on the battery pack, at least I do, and the replacement batteries are not cheap. The pair I have also are a bit long – rather have long vs short with snow pants, but if you’re not careful you will be dragging the heals and chewing up both cuffs.
Remember to cinch the ankle cuffs and these should last you a long while. I don’t want to give these up, I just wish the price was better when I got them.
I like rating things –
If you work outside and in potentially dangerous areas, this is the system for you. Breaks the wind well AND heats you up with the built in heating system. I am 6 foot and about 170 pounds and this fits me really well. This really good quality material and construction for people that work outside regularly. Construction, logging, road work, and even farming are good uses for this system. The zippers are heavy duty. I suggest getting spare batteries if you are going to be in extreme cold. They last a long time, but charge slowly in comparison. a fair price for a really high quality system.
Matt B. –
I’m a DOT employee and spend 8+ hours outside daily. These heated bib overalls changed everything. No more layering 3 pairs of pants! The waterproof feature is legit – worked through a blizzard last week and stayed completely dry. Heating elements warm up in under 2 minutes. Highly recommend!
Lisa T. –
These check all the boxes for winter workwear. The heating system keeps me warm without overheating, the reflective strips make me highly visible on the job site, and the adjustable fit is comfortable even over thick layers. Working in Bangor, ME winters requires serious gear, and these deliver. Five stars!
Rachel C. –
Live in Fairbanks, AK where winters are no joke. These heated bibs are built like a tank. Heavy-duty zippers, reinforced seams, and the heating elements are well-protected. Battery life is exactly as advertised – got 8+ hours on low setting. The visibility at night is excellent thanks to the 3M reflective tape.
Juan L.

Working in Syracuse, NY requires the best cold weather gear. These heated bibs deliver. The heating elements are strategically placed, the battery life is solid, and the waterproof shell keeps moisture out. I can work comfortably in conditions that would’ve sent me inside before. Excellent investment!
Miguel W. –
Honestly didn’t think heated bibs would make that much difference, but I was wrong. The warmth is consistent and spreads evenly across my lower body. The waterproof fabric breathes well so I don’t get sweaty during heavy work. Battery indicator is clear and easy to read. This is professional-grade equipment that works!
Tom H. –
Been working construction in Duluth, MN for 15 years and these are hands down the best bib overalls I’ve owned. The heating zones keep my core warm even when it’s -20°F outside. Battery lasts my entire 10-hour shift on low setting. ANSI Class E reflective strips are bright and durable. Worth every penny!
Sarah L. –
I’m a airport ground crew and spend 8+ hours outside daily. These heated bib overalls changed everything. No more layering 3 pairs of pants! The waterproof feature is legit – worked through a blizzard last week and stayed completely dry. Heating elements warm up in under 2 minutes. Highly recommend!
Amanda J. –
Everything about these bibs is well thought out. The heating zones cover critical areas, the battery is powerful but not bulky, and the overall construction is rugged. The adjustable waist and shoulder straps ensure a good fit. Reflective material is bright and durable. Very satisfied customer!
Jim W. –
These three features are critical for winter work and these bibs nail all of them. The heating is powerful and efficient, the waterproofing is legit (tested in heavy snow), and the reflective strips are super bright. Working as a oil field worker in Fargo, ND, I need gear I can trust. These deliver!
